1. What we collect
SwiftVCC does not collect an email, password, SSN, or similar government identifier to open an account. Your account is identified by a randomly generated token, and we process only the minimum records needed to run the Service, such as top-up and transaction history and device or access logs.
2. How we use it
We use this information to issue cards and process payments, to prevent fraud and money laundering, to provide support, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information for advertising.
3. Partners and third parties
To issue cards, process payments, and hold funds, we share necessary information with licensed issuing and payment partners. Except where required by law, for example, a lawful request from law enforcement, we do not otherwise share your information with third parties.
4. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for the periods required by applicable law (such as anti-money-laundering rules). After that, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it.
5. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and ongoing monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you remain responsible for safeguarding your account token.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. The Service is currently in preparation, and this policy may be expanded before general release.
